In the heart of Charlotte’s financial district, Founders Hall faced a familiar challenge: limited food options for busy professionals. With few nearby dining choices, Bank of America staff relied on packed lunches, delivery apps, or long drives to grab a meal. Partnering with Compass Group, we helped transform this food desert into a dynamic, ever-changing experience—bringing a fresh mix of local eateries and national brands directly to the workplace.
We developed the brand identity, wayfinding, and signage for a rotating pop-up concept, allowing different restaurants to take over the space throughout the week—breaking the monotony of daily dining. Designed for efficiency and ease, the space features pre-order pickup stations and an in-house market stocked with snacks and beverages. This flexible approach expanded dining options while making quality food more accessible to professionals in the area.
